If we look from perspective of their follower, they manage to reach 27,100  peoples and of course it  made us think that this online shop really use social media very well. By having this large followers will show that their scale of reach in Malaysia is really big.  If we check every picture they post, they will explain about the product to their customers and it tell us that they use information richness as part of their strategy.

According from the staff , this product will repair your skin, make your skin become silky and smooth and make you relax went take a bath because it have fragment from fresh flower.

The main attraction from watson paradigm mall is,  some of the product can only be found in watson store. What more interesting is, some of the product that watson have cant be found in any other watson store.
For example, the shower gel that i already describe only can be found in the largest watson store in malaysia that have Make-up studio, If you go to ordinary watson store you will never find this product.

For us, watson deserve to be call the largest health and beauty store in the world. They have all the product that another store doesn't have. It can be denied the quality and quantity that watson store possess.

They manage to win the award for 7 years in a row and that already the biggest achievement  that no ordinary store can win. Their consistences in improve the quality of their store really show some positive outcome for their brand.



POSITIVE FUTURE

Watsons, Asia’s largest health and beauty retailer and a member of the A.S. Watson Group, have launched its “Say Yes to Watsons Brand” campaign, designed to promote Watsons Brand, the store’s affordable, high-quality own brand, to the market in Malaysia.

Basically , their campaign is to offer more affordable price product for their costumer, We all know Malaysia economy became slow a couple of year lately. So watson take this as advantage to promote their affordable price product through out this campaign.
 

NEGATIVE FUTURE 

Watson also have some competitor  in Malaysia. For example gurdian and caring pharmacy. All this store offer almost the same product to their customer. But if we talk about the price, watson store still manage to offer a low price for their customer compare to gurdian and caring pharmacy. Futher more watson have their own product that the other two competitor doesn't have.

NEGATIVE FUTURES
Two major competitors for Sephora would be Ulta and L'Oréal.
Compared to Sephora, Ulta carries lower priced brands. They do have an outstanding membership program approachable to anyone. However, Ulta’s brand perception to customers is not as established as Sephora’s. Their stores and e-commerce are comparably smaller and less functional. Ulta.com and Sephora.com both delivers great control to customers by providing a great search engine and dividing categories of merchandise in detail. However, Sephora.com has a better design for easier navigation.
